Take the North Bound/Downtown Minneapolis bound Metro Transit Blue Line from the Airport stations. (There are two stations at the airport, one in each terminal.)

Tickets

There are ticketing machines at each station, where you are able to purchase tickets using cash or a credit card. You can also use the Metro Transit app.

Fares are valid for 2½ hours from time of purchase and must be purchased before boarding the train; tickets cannot be purchased onboard. Customers must be prepared to show proof of payment on the train. Those without a valid ticket or pass are subject to a $180 fine.

Tickets are $2 for regular hours and $2.50 for rush hours. (Monday – Friday, 6-9 am & 3-6:30 pm)

Please note: Train doors do not open automatically. You will need to press the blue button on the doors to open them, after the train has come to a complete stop.

The stop you will want to get off at is Warehouse Hennepin Ave Station #56332.

After getting off the light rail, walk 1.5 blocks around the corner SW to get to the Loews Hotel.
