Registration for SAI Platform’s 2025 Annual Event is reserved for SAI Platform members only. Key external stakeholders will be invited to engage with members throughout the four day event.
To register, please go to ‘Registration’ and follow the instructions provided. Please note that registering for the event does not include your accommodation. You will to reserve your accommodation separately by following the link in your registration confirmation email or on the accommodation page of this website.
Attendance is initially restricted to two representatives per member organisation. If more than two members from your organisation are interested in attending, please email our event organiser at jravet@invivo-events.fr who will be managing a waiting list for the event.

As the cost to attend our event is nominal to cover the catering costs of no shows, it will not be possible to offer refunds. However, it is possible to make a name substitution, please email our event organiser at jravet@invivo-events.fr
Yes. To make a name substitution, please email our event organiser at jravet@invivo-events.fr and bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the onsite registration counter.
