Tengetile Dlamini

Tengetile Dlamini is a research manager at the National Emergency Response on HIV and AIDS with 10 years’ experience in coordinating and implementing research work in the Kingdom of Eswatini. She has provided technical support for the implementation of several surveys, studies and research to inform policy and programme. She has vast experience in monitoring and evaluation where she has conducted assessments and evaluations to inform the Eswatini HIV and AIDS response. Ms Dlamini has also worked with different programmes under economic and leadership development, food security and sustainable development. She has worked with different organisations ranging from community-based programmes at grassroot level to the national level to contribute to policy development.

She has a postgraduate diploma in sustainable development, a Master of Philosophy in monitoring and evaluation and a Bachelor of science degree in Agriculture majoring in crop production. Ms Dlamini is currently a student at Stellenbosch university pursuing her PhD in sustainable development studies focusing on agro-ecological food production systems to attain sustainable food security. She is passionate about promoting food security resilience through co-production and the seed concepts.
