Born and bred in the vibrant city of Pietermaritzburg, Louise embarked on an academic journey that led her to delve into the intricate world of commerce and agriculture. Graduating from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Louise honed your skills in understanding economic landscapes. Driven by a passion for sustainable agricultural practices, she pursued further education, earning a Master’s degree in Agronomy from Stellenbosch University in 2024. Now, Louise has embarked on a PhD journey, focusing on the daunting challenge of herbicide-resistant weeds.
