Fields Visits/Learning Journeys

We would like to offer you a range of simultaneous field visits/ learning days for group members to experience first-hand the various Chinese food, agriculture system and farming practices. The visits will take place over a day and a half to two days depending on the location.

China could almost be considered as a continent and therefore, in order to visit a range of interesting farms and get a broad and varied view of Chinese agriculture we have decided to fly to different regions within China.

Please note that the deadline to register for the field visits, or change your choice of field visit, is March 25th.

Once all field visit participants are registered and confirmed, SAI Platform will book the domestic flights (from Beijing to the field visit location, and back to Beijing) and the accommodation for the one night spent on location outside Beijing. The booking and payment of these are covered in the field visit fee.*

*Please note that, apart from the above, the booking and payment of all other flights and accommodation are not the responsibility of SAI Platform and are not included in your conference fee.
